01SmartFTP 到底能拿來做什麼?

它是一套 Windows 上的 FTP 用戶端,主要工作是讓你在本機和遠端伺服器之間傳輸檔案。常見用途包含網站管理、資料備份、檔案分享。除了傳統的 FTP,它也支援 FTPS、SFTP、WebDAV,以及 Amazon S3、Google Drive、OneDrive 等雲端儲存服務,等於一個介面同時接多種傳輸管道。

02它可以連雲端硬碟嗎?像是 Google Drive 或 OneDrive?

可以。官方說明中列出支援 Amazon S3、Backblaze B2、Google Drive、OneDrive 等雲端服務。也就是說,你不一定要開瀏覽器進網頁版,可以直接在 SmartFTP 裡設定連線,把雲端硬碟當成一個遠端資料夾來操作,上傳下載或同步檔案。

03傳到一半斷線,檔案要全部重傳嗎?

這套軟體支援多連線傳輸,也提供傳輸佇列功能,可以批次處理大量檔案。不過官方資料沒有明確提到「斷點續傳」的字眼,如果你很在意傳大檔時斷線要重來,建議實際安裝試用版測一次,確認它在你常用的伺服器上是否支援續傳。

04它可以自動排程傳檔嗎?例如每天定時備份?

可以。官方功能說明中有「File Transfer Automation」,提到可以排程任務和同步資料。也就是說,你可以設定某個時間自動執行上傳或下載,不需要人一直守在電腦前。這對定期備份或固定更新網站內容的人來說,是省時間的功能。

05它傳檔案安全嗎?會不會被攔截?

它支援 TLS/SSL 加密傳輸,也有 FTPS 和 SFTP 這兩種加密協定。如果你連線的是有開加密的伺服器,傳輸過程中的資料會被加密。不過要注意,加密與否也取決於伺服器端有沒有支援,不是裝了這套軟體就自動全部加密。

06我是新手,只會用瀏覽器上傳檔案,這套適合我嗎?

官方 FAQ 說它適合初學者,但也承認進階功能需要一些學習時間。介面是分頁式的,類似 Windows 檔案總管,拖曳檔案就能上傳下載,基本操作不難。但如果你只需要偶爾傳一兩個檔案,用瀏覽器可能更快,不需要為了這件事裝一套付費軟體。

07它介面是英文的,我看不懂怎麼辦?

這套軟體的介面語系只有英文,沒有繁體中文。如果你對英文介面不熟,操作上會多一層障礙。官方說明提到介面類似 Windows 檔案總管,但選單、設定選項都是英文,建議先裝試用版實際看看能不能接受,再決定要不要付費。

08它要錢嗎?有沒有免費版?

它提供試用版,官方說明是 30 天試用,試用期過後需要付費購買授權才能繼續使用。官方資料中沒有提到免費版或永久免費的方案。如果你不想付費,可以考慮其他免費的 FTP 用戶端,例如 FileZilla 或 WinSCP,功能也夠用。

09我只需要偶爾傳個檔案,有需要買這套嗎?

10它跟 FileZilla 比起來,差在哪?

FileZilla 是免費開源軟體,在資料中評分人數有 316 人,明顯比 SmartFTP 的 34 人多很多,表示使用者的樣本數更大。SmartFTP 的優勢是支援更多雲端服務和排程功能,但它是付費軟體。如果你只需要基本 FTP 傳檔,FileZilla 免費又多人用,是更常見的選擇。

11這套軟體更新頻繁嗎?會不會裝了就沒人維護?

根據版本紀錄,它收錄了 94 個版本,最近一次更新距離現在不算太久,近 12 個月內有 2 次更新,近 24 個月也是 2 次。看起來開發商還有在維護,不是放著不管的軟體。不過更新頻率不算高,如果你很在意軟體活躍度,可以參考這個數據自行判斷。

12它支援 Windows 7 嗎?我還在用舊電腦。

官方列出的系統需求是 Windows 10/11 64 位元,但軟體頁面上寫的支援系統包含 Windows 7 64、Windows 8 64、Windows 10 64、Windows 11。兩邊資訊不太一致,如果你還在用 Windows 7,建議先裝試用版確認能不能正常執行,不要直接付費。
